Terms and conditions
NorwichReview will provide you with the NorwichReview.co.uk website service according to the following terms. The proprietor and/or agents thereof (herein called 'NorwichReview' or 'NorwichReview.co.uk') reserve the right to change these terms at any time. All users, members, visitors and advertisers are deemed to have notice of these terms ('users' is taken to mean non-member visitors to the website, members, advertisers and any other party that is viewing/using the website).
£50 cash prize for best review of the month
A £50 cash prize will be given to the author of the best review of a Norwich business per calendar month. The NorwichReview at its sole discretion will determine who will receive the cash prize. The NorwichReview's decision is final. If NorwichReview deems that there have been no reviews of an adequate standard for that calendar month no prize will be given and the competition will begin again the next calendar month. As part of the terms of the competition the winners must be willing to have their photo taken and accede to have publicity about their win on NorwichReview.co.uk website.
Ratings and reviews and misuse
Ratings and reviews of users must reflect their honestly held opinion about the local business given in good faith. NorwichReview reserves the right to edit reviews and ban users from using the site for misuse. Ratings and reviews put down in bad faith whether by competitors or otherwise will not be tolerated. All users are liable for their own comments and may be liable for defamation for malicious or untrue statements.
NorwichReview exclude all liability of whatever kind and to the fullest extent permitted by law (this includes libel, breach of confidence, invasion of privacy, negligence and all intellectual property infringements) for the transmission or reception of information which can be accessed by NorwichReview of whatever nature by about or to users/members/advertisers.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Users agree to notify NorwichReview of any unauthorised use their log-in details or any other breach of security. Users must ensure they log off at the end of each session – particularly on public computers - to reduce the risk of unauthorised use.
Neither NorwichReview nor the webhost accepts responsibility for user comments but NorwichReview upon notice will act as soon as possible (which must take into account periods of absence and holidays) to correct potentially libelous statements.
Advertisers
Businesses paid for listing on the NorwichReview website are contracted to appear on the website for a minimum of 12 months unless NorwichReview terminates the agreement. NorwichReview will try to keep the listing and website available 100% of the time, but will not be liable for server, programming, and IT malfunctions and downtime for maintenance and upgrading.
Copyright
Users agree that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the material or content of NorwichReview.co.uk shall remain with NorwichReview at all times with ourselves or licensed to be freely reproduced by NorwichReview.
Users agree that the content of NorwichReview is made available for users in a personal capacity and for personal use only, and not for any commercial use. Users may download the content of NorwichReview onto one computer hard drive excepting business listings data and pdfs.
Users will neither solely or jointly with or on behalf of any other third party directly or indirectly copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, display, commercially exploit or create derivative works of the content of NorwichReview.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law users agree that SP shall not be liable in negligence, contract, tort, statutory duty or in any other way for any of the following:
Any loss or damage caused of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from or in any way related with NorwichReview.co.uk. User reliance or use of any information or material obtained either directly or indirectly from the use of this Site. Any purchases or orders that users make for goods and/or services either indirectly or directly through NorwichReview.co.uk, including any damage for loss of profits or loss of business without limitation. Any other consequential or pecuniary loss in any way related to the use of NorwichReview.
Conflict of interest
NorwichReview, a connected company or some other person connected with us may have an interest, relationship or arrangement that is material in relation to any Information supplied or could give rise to a conflict of interest and users agree that we shall not be required to disclose it to users. Our representatives are required act with integrity and independence and disregard any such interest, relationship or arrangement in the course of carrying out their duties.
Linking
Users or other third parties are granted a limited license to create a hyperlink to NorwichReview provided the host site is not a 'bad neighbour' as defined by Googel and such link does not portray NorwichReview or any of its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner. This limited right may be withdrawn at any time.

Users acknowledge and agree that NorwichReview does not endorse and is not responsible for the contents or availability of these links or sites and is not responsible for any transactions users enter into through such other websites or any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance of such websites or goods and services available on or through any such website.
